Carriage House offers a unique atmosphere for any business event.
Parking is available on Front Street and in the County Parking Lot just around the
corner on Academy Street.
Our set up includes round or rectangular conference tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and appropriate flatware.
A complimentary coffee bar, water and assorted soft drinks are provided. Additional support
items are available at a nominal fee.
In addition to your conference meeting space,the facility has room for buffet services or we would be happy to serve your meal.

Additionally, we are able to work with you personally answering questions, making suggestions, working through the logistics, discussing budgets
and plans that are perfectly suited for you. We are here to help during your
planning process, as much or as little as you need us.
Some corporate events call for an expanded venue. We invite you to experience the entire Pumpelly House Estate for such
occasions. The staff will work with you to develop a flexible plan to meet your needs.

It is the perfect setting for breakout sessions or relaxing and networking throughout the event.
The Carriage House provides ample room for general sessions,
larger group breakouts, classroom-style conferences and buffet or served meals.
In warmer weather, enjoy the Riverview Deck, grounds and porches of the main
house. The Carriage House is handicap accessible and equipped with modern amenities, including A/C, ceiling fans, and heated for year-round
events in comfort and style.
