Bed & Breakfast Policies: |

| At Pumpelly House Bed & Breakfast, we welcome children over 8 years old, but
cannot accommodate your pets. Check-out is at 11:00AM and check-in is between 4:00PM and 7:00PM. If your arrival time changes,
please contact us at your earliest convenience. Cancellations are accepted
48 hours prior to arrival, no cancellations on special weekends (graduations, local events, parents' weekends, holidays). |

We honor government hotel rates with valid proof
of ID presented at check-in. Estate Breakfast is an additional $10 per
person + applicable taxes and gratuity.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings
on the Estate. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.

Estate Breakfast is included for B&B guests (non-government rates).
We are happy to take into account your dietary needs or restrictions, but ask that you inform us when you
make your reservation.

Complimentary afternoon snacks and beverages are available in the
Butler's Pantry.

Each B&B room accommodates 2 people. A maximum of (2)
cots are permitted in the Pumpelly Suite (surcharges apply).
